Whoa-oa-oa

Listening to some 80's jams. "(I Just) Died In Your Arms" by Cutting Crew? Yes, please.

So, it's Monday, and let me tell you, I'm usually semi-okay with that. Today is just too dreary and cold to motivate me to want to do ANYTHING. Seriously, today is bummin' me out big-time.

So it's a good thing I've had some ideas saved up for posts because the interwubs just aren't inspiring me today like they should.

First up is Digital Wallpaper by Strukt, a design agency out of Vienna. They put together a cool little video displaying their most recent installation, which kind of boggles my mind.

Next I'm going to feature artist Lindsey Warren. Her work seems to focus on presenting urban landscapes/scenes from strange perspectives. I love the colors and the cleanness of her paintings. I could definitely see myself with a mural of this style in one of my future homes. Too cool. You absolutely must check out her portfolio. (via designworklife.)

Last, via Dezeen, it's a crazy lighting exhibition at the 2009 London Design Festival. Oh, how I wish I were there - holy cow - you have no idea. Anyway, follow the link and check out the awesomeness.

  1. Sorry I haven't checked this in a while - it's been a little hectic here.

    1. I woke up with "King of Wishful Thinking" stuck in my head. Hell yes to the 80s and our accoustic night that never was.
    2. Digital wallpaper rocked my world!
    3. I will catch up on all of the rest of your entries. But let's hope tomorrow (Monday) doesn't bring you down again! Miss you!!!
